Player Cancellation

Players who cancel 30 days or more before the event may request a refund, less a $50 administrative fee.

 

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as event costs, staffing, field time, filming, and player arrangements will already have been committed.

 

Injury or Exceptional Circumstances

NGTC may consider refund or registration-credit requests resulting from injury or other exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.

 

Event Cancellation

If NGTC cancels the Performance Series and does not provide a replacement date, registered players will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

 

Event Changes

Changes to schedules, coaches, staff, team assignments, game formats, or other reasonable event details do not automatically qualify a player for a refund.
