Who can apply?

Anyone can apply. Each event has its own age range and gender, shown on the event page, and we check eligibility when you register.

Players 13 to 17 can start their own application, and a parent or guardian must confirm it and give consent before it's submitted. For players under 13, a parent or guardian applies on their behalf; the player doesn't get an account of their own.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. You only pay once your application is approved.

How much does the event cost?

Current prices, including any early-bird price and its deadline, are on the event page. Prices are in the local currency of the country where the event is held, and the event page shows the currency next to each price. Events in Canada, which is every event for now, are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How do I pay?

By Interac e-Transfer. After your application is approved, your NGTC account shows the amount due, where to send it and a reference code to include with your transfer. There are no deposits at this time: your spot is confirmed when we receive the full amount.

What if I can't make it?

Let us know as soon as you can, through the messages in your NGTC account or the contact form. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Will players be filmed?

Yes. Filming is part of every NGTC event. The application explains how footage is used and asks for your consent before you submit. Film can be added to the player's profile.

Is my child's information made public?

Not unless you choose. Every profile starts private, and a parent or guardian decides whether a minor's profile is shared. A minor's public profile shows a first name and last initial only. Birth dates, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses and guardian details are never shown publicly. Profiles of players under 13 can never be made fully public.

You can lower a profile's visibility at any time from your NGTC account. The Privacy Policy has the full details.

Will taking part get me recruited or a scholarship?

No, we can't promise that. NGTC runs events; we are not a recruiter or an agency. Taking part does not guarantee a team, a trial, a scholarship or any other opportunity.

What are the times, and what should we bring?

We'll send registered players the schedule, check-in details and what to bring before the event.
